you, providing the best opportunity for advancement in strength and

Semi-Private Sessions
Semi-Private sessions provide you the opportunity to work out with a
friend or relative. It is most beneficial to schedule a session
with someone who is of similar pilates level. Working with a friend or
relative can be a fun way to exercise and help keep you accountable to
your fitness routine.

Mat Classes
Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, Mixed Level, and Power Hour are small group mat
classes are on-going
classes that can be taken at any time and in any frequency that fits
your lifestyle.
See class descriptions below. These group classes provide you the opportunity to work
out with others in a similar Pilates level, and enjoy the light
atmosphere that accompanies companionship while exercising. The group
classes provide the most economical class offered at Pilates by Ginny,
and are limited to 8 persons to keep the classes safe and focused.

Pilates Class & Level Descriptions
Beginner:
This level is where individuals expand their knowledge of the Pilates
principles and work toward achieving personal skill and mastery over
the basic techniques and exercises. Individuals may stay in this level
until comfortable with performing the basic exercises.
Individuals may also work at this level if they have special needs such
as: weak lower backs, weakness in other areas of the body, postnatal
women, or other limitations.
Intermediate:
Individuals in the intermediate level have successfully mastered the
basic Pilates exercises and are ready to add the second level of
exercises to their program. Most individuals in this level are
"in-tune" to their bodies: listening to what works, what doesn't and
how to gain strength while mastering the techniques of the intermediate
exercises.
Advanced:
Individuals who reach the third level of Pilates are dedicated students
who put forth the sheer discipline required to master their bodies in
order perform the advanced level exercises. Individuals at this level
understand and perform all the techniques and exercises of the previous
levels, working toward their perfection, as well as adding the most
challenging Pilates exercises to their program.
Mixed Level:
All levels are welcome to attend this mixed level mat class.
Depending on who comes determines the level of workout for that
day. Should there be varying levels in attendance,
modifications and advancements are given so that all receive a
well-rounded workout!
Power Hour: This
40 minute class covers all areas of strength and stretch for the body
within the lunch hour. Join us for fast paced fun, and never miss
a beat for family time once the work day is done!

before entering the next level, it does not pertain to other areas of
one's fitness level.
