Intro to Pilates

This special 6 session workshop is designed for the true Pilates beginner and is available to new clients only. Individuals will learn basic Pilates principles and movements and begin their own body awareness process. This workshop is recommended for clients who are new to Pilates and are not able to take Private Sessions before joining other classes at Pilates by Ginny.

*24 Hour Cancellation Policy: When pre-signed up for a class or session, 24 hour notice must be given in order to cancel without being charged in full.
