Pilates is for everyone!
Pilates is a unique method of physical and mental conditioning exercise which primarily focuses on strengthening the core of one's body: the abdominals, back, hips and buttocks. The large range of Pilates exercises, from gentle to athletic, allows people of all ages and fitness levels the ability to participate in Pilates.

At Pilates by Ginny, personalized instruction is given in order to assist you in properly executing a series of Pilates exercises, which can be modified or advanced to suit your physical needs. During your Pilates session, the primary focus will be to strengthen your core muscles, increase your muscular and mental coordination, and use deep healthy breathing to relax your mind and invigorate your body. When practiced faithfully, Pilates yields numerous benefits:
